Site Engineers and Their Role in Project Success

Site Engineers are a key component of construction operations, responsible for supervising on-site activities and ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Al-Ahram General Contracting (AGC) is seeking Site Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to join its current projects.

Key Responsibilities

Site Engineers oversee daily site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and work teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards. They also support problem-solving during execution and prepare regular progress reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

  • 3–5 years of site execution experience

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
