Job Title: Documentation Officer / Document Controller

Job Summary:
Al-Ahram General Contracting (AGC) is hiring a Documentation Officer to join our team. This is a non-engineering, administrative role responsible for managing and organizing all project and company documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, archive, and maintain all project documents (contracts, correspondence, reports, approvals, invoices).

  • Track incoming and outgoing documents and update documentation logs.

  • Control document versions and ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Distribute documents to concerned departments when required.

  • Ensure compliance with AGC documentation procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 1–4 years of experience in documentation or administrative roles (construction background is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
