Job Summary:
Al-Ahram General Contracting (AGC) is hiring a Documentation Officer to join our team. This is a non-engineering, administrative role responsible for managing and organizing all project and company documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize, archive, and maintain all project documents (contracts, correspondence, reports, approvals, invoices).

Track incoming and outgoing documents and update documentation logs.

Control document versions and ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Distribute documents to concerned departments when required.

Ensure compliance with AGC documentation procedures.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in documentation or administrative roles (construction background is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
